ALBERT MONTERO

ALBERT MONTERO

Barcelona, 1988. Ten years later, a screen lights up, and a duel of lightsabers seals the fate of a child. The image is not just light and color; it is revelation. From that moment, his obsession becomes clear: to tell stories, capture mystery, and turn the image into a portal. Since then, the camera has been his compass, and editing, his alchemy. Fascinated by the magic of cinema, he begins experimenting with special effects on a Windows 95, deconstructing and reconstructing frames. His training takes him from multimedia production at EMAV to specializing in cinematography at CECC and Bande à Part.

In 2011, he turns that obsession into a profession and founds Iamlimon.tv at just 22 years old. For over a decade, he transforms this production company into his creative laboratory a space for experimentation in directing, producing, and post-production leading projects for brands such as L’Oréal, Bentley, Canal+, Adidas, FedEx, Citroën… and collaborating with top agencies like BETC, Publicis,Havas Group, TBWA, Ogilvy, FCB, DDB…

In 2024, a cycle closes, and another begins: Sauvage.tv. Here, he expands his creative scope, pushing his visual storytelling to the boundaries between art and technology, blending artificial intelligence with narrative, and experimenting with the tools of the future to tell stories that do not yet exist.

His style is a blend of cinematic and digital, balancing classic storytelling with visual exploration. He uses 3D and 2D as narrative tools. His images have shaped campaigns for Ikea, Nike, Dunkin’ Donuts, Ubisoft, Orange, and Footlocker. His work has been recognized at festivals like Sitges and highlighted at the Epica Awards. Yet, what continues to drive his career is the creative uncertainty of not knowing how far an image can take us.
